You should enroll at a local University for a course in AutoCad; then you can purchase the 'Student' version of AutoCad at the Book Store.... much, much cheaper.....

Thanks for your concern but i already finished the course year 2000; worked for 9years in a company with this stuff, i just bought recently an acer laptop; I'm wandering why even the latest version of autocad isn't compatible with windows7o.s. help needed. Thanks a lot.

AutoCad 2000 isn't compatible with Win7. It's too old. "Autodesk does not officially support 2009 and older versions of AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT on Windows 7. If you choose to run older versions of AutoCAD on the Windows 7 operating system, you may opt to use Windows compatibility mode.
