Keeping Baked Potatoes Hot

My husband and I like to eat our baked potatoes while they are still hot from the oven. We prefer to eat the potatoes last after eating the rest of our meal. I bake them in aluminum foil in our toaster oven. Most of the time I will need the toaster oven for something else so I have to remove the potatoes. I place the potatoes inside our insulated oven mitts, using a spring clothespin to keep the mitt closed.

This keeps them hot until we are ready to eat them. Please be careful while handing them. I also like to make extra potatoes to use as leftovers for another meal.
