Cut Triangle in Foil Seal on Coffee Cans

I have found that coffee cans now have a foil seal under the lid. If you cut a triangle in the foil from the middle to the outside, the coffee grounds don't spill all over when you pour them. Don't cut the triangle too wide.

If you're talking about how the grounds come out due to the air. I just poke a hole in the foil to prevent that from happening. Then I pull the foil off.

I never heard of "pouring" coffee, unless you mean once it's done and you pour it into a cup.
