Melt 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate with 2 Tbsp. butter. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 beaten egg, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 package small colored marshmallows. Roll in fine coconut and chill, then slice. 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts may be added to mixture, if desired.
