Mermaid Delight

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
• 1/4 cup milk
• 12.5 oz. can of tuna
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• 2 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
• 1/4 cup chopped onion

• 6 Italian bread slices
• margarine
• lettuce and tomato slices

Directions

Combine 1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip, cucumber, and milk. Mix well. Combine tuna, bread crumbs, 1 cup of Miracle Whip, egg and onion. Mix lightly. Shape into six patties. Brown on both sides of margarine. For each sandwich, spread one slice of bread with Miracle Whip; cover with lettuce, tomato and patty. Serves 6.
