- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Beat eggs until foamy in large bowl. Gradually add sugar and beat until thickened. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Pour into freezer and freeze. Yield: 1 gallon

You might want to re-think this recipe. For some of us, eating raw eggs can be a health hazard. Years ago I got salmonella poisoning from eating raw eggs, and almost died.
