Was very tasty. I like the taste of Neo Citran and was looking for a recipe that tasted like it and you've got it! Recommended for dry throats

Do we drink the whole thing? Or wait every 4 hours and take a sip?

Don't put fully boiling water straight on the lemon or it destroys lots of the vitamin c

My grandma would do something similar to this. She would bring water to a boil, then add slices lemons (i like to do it with limes too) and let steep. Then add honey to taste.

Another thing that is great with this is to add crushed peppermint candies, or peppermint extract. I don't claim any medicinal value, but the mint and lemon combo is tasty and feels good on a sore throat.
