Cheddar Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.

I don't have any dry mustard on-hand. Can anything else be substituted for it?

Editors Note: I think that prepared mustard would work but it will make the puffs a little more moist.
