- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 cup celery and leaves
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8 oz. cooked noodles (small egg noodle type)
- 2 cups tomato soup
- 6 oz. mushrooms and liquid
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Brown meat. Add celery, onion and garlic. Steam until tender. Add cooked noodles. Add everything but cheese into casserole dish. Mix thoroughly and top with cheese. Bake in oven at 250 degrees F for 1 hour.
