Can Jelly and Juice Year Round

I love to can and make jelly and jam. So when the fruit is readily available, I make a batch or two of jelly and can the juice in quart and pint jars. Around Christmas time, I make another batch or two and again in mid-spring. It satisfies my need for a canning fix and tastes so fresh.
