Homemade Yoo-Hoo Chocolate Drink

This recipe is for people who like the drink Yoo Hoo. It is a homemade version and a little healthier than commercial Yoo Hoo.

Ingredients:

1 cup chocolate powdered drink mix (Nestle Quick or equivalent)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup (store bought or homemade)
3 cups powdered milk
5 - 5 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!

Note: You can halve this recipe if you do not want to make so much at one time.

This looks good. I usually have powdered milk that i use for various recipes and can't wait to try this. I think my kids would like this for something different to drink-thanks for sharing!

Tried this, was not sure if I was to use 3 cups of power or mix up the milk and then use 3 cups of the mixed up milk. I used the mixed up milk.

After mixing the Quick, water, syrup, and the milk and letting it set for a while, I found could not tell the difference between the Mix and Yoo-Hoo.

This drink is great! So good that the next time at the Gro Store going to get
the strawberry quick and make homemade strawberry Yoo-Hoo.
