These are great for those mornings when you don't have time for a sit-down breakfast! They also make great after-school snacks for kids.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups granola or 3 cup oat cereal

Directions:

Place chocolate in 2 qt. bowl. Heat in microwave, uncovered, at high for 3-4 minutes or until melted. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Fold in granola. Turn onto waxed paper lined 8x8 inch pan; chill. Stir in refrigerator.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: about 3-4 Minutes
