Ham Casserole

Great recipe to use up some of the leftover Easter ham!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ham
  • 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cans water
  • 1 can green beans or 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:

Mix above and heat to boiling. Pour over 1 cup Minute Rice in covered casserole. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes.
