Cranberry Chicken

Great for holiday potlucks.

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberries
  • 8 oz. French dressing (orange kind)
  • Advertisement

  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix all three ingredients well and pour over chicken thighs. Bake in 350 degree F oven, covered, until done. Uncover last 15 minutes.

Servings: 8-10

Approx 90 Minutes Cooking Time
