My family and I had spent the day fishing at a nearby pond but fish were not biting. So I grabbed my camera to catch the butterflies beginning to swarm. I had to try several times to get just the right shot, but it was worth it!

These three orange butterflies posed beautifully for me. They all flew down at the same time and didn't seem to mind me being so close. Then they all flew away together and I never saw them again.
