Use the Sears catalogue for cut outs. Wallpaper, furniture, curtains, lots of stuff. Just cut and glue
I recently saw a tv show that made furniture for doll houses. She used foam blocks, covered in batten and extra cloth she had on hand, for beds, couch and chairs.
