A pillow case makes a great pastry cloth! Fold up and save in your flour can until needed again. It helps for rolling pie crusts.

Great tip. My suggestion would be to cut open the pillowcase on each side, then cut across the middle..making two pastry cloths. After each use, wash, dry and fold and put in flour cannister or keep with baking supplies
