I think you mean a mole!

Hot pepper sauce will keep any critter out. Sprinkle it around & in the garden, good luck.
HA! That's a new one on me, this is the first that I've ever heard of a vole!
Our voles are finally being controlled by a neighbor's cat. The were doing a lot of damage in prior years. Good luck.
