Berry Overnight Oats

Breakfast makes itself in the refrigerator overnight! An inexpensive and easy recipe, and a great way to recycle any jars you have.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: None - chill overnight in refrigerator

Total Time: 8 hours

Yield: 1 very large serving. It was 2 servings for me.

  1. Add the oats to a jar.
  2. Pour in milk.
  3. Layer the yogurt, seeds and berries.
  4. Ad

  6. Stir and serve. I added a bit of cinnamon to mine.

Essentially, what you're doing here is eating raw oats or oatmeal. I've been doing this since I was a child. I would pour milk over oats just as you would over cornflakes.

As to the readers who try your overnight oats, I think maybe they will never want cooked oatmeal, again. Plus, this has got to be one of the tastiest and healthiest concoctions a person could eat.
