Blueberry Streusel Muffins


  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ad
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine


Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in large bowl; mix well. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until crumbly, reserving 1 cup mixture for topping. Add eggs, milk and vanilla to remaining crumb mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle with mixture of reserved crumb mixture and melted butter. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F until light brown.
