Sorry, it is just not clear enough what the problem is. We need more information. Does the switch just stick? A little WD40 might help. If the switch works but the temperature doesn't change perhaps you need to check the hoses. Hope this helps.

From my research it seems that your heater blend door is broken and you need a new heater evaporation box from Ford.
