Cassava, a tropical root is a staple food in many parts of the world. It is commonly used in the U.S. to make the thickening agent tapioca.

Cook Time: 45- 1 hour

Total Time: 1 - 1.5 hours

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Place a foil on the baking pan. I didn't have any, so I used banana leaf instead.
