- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups grated cheese, like Velveeta
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen hash browns or cubed potatoes
In saucepan heat milk and cheese until cheese is melted. In another pan, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add to milk mixture. Next add potatoes to mixture and simmer until potatoes are cooked. This is good with a can of corn added as well.
