My bedroom walls are painted sage. Why color valance? My quilt is sage, pink, and a cream color; the border is burgundy.

I think a nice pink color, not too pink would be wonderful in your room. I would go with a light pink color I could find. Maye even one that was a little white with a shade of pink tone to it.
You can use sage or pink. Its your choice.
