Finding a Vet Practice That Takes Payments?

My dog has bad teeth, he needs to be put out. Some need to be pulled and the rest cleaned. The cheapest I was quoted was around 250.00. I can't afford it and my credit is not good at all. Are there any vets that would take it in 3 or 4 payments. He is not feeling good a lot and I am very concerned. Please help. I have a job and checking account and can arrange them to take it out automatically on certain paydates once a month.
