I have found that the best way is just to vacume them up using either a hand held vacume cleaner or the hose attatchmentof an upright. The vacume gets the spiders, eggs, and webs all together. The suction tears apart the spiders so they don't climb out to re-infest. That way, you are not contaminating your home with poison sprays.
I have had very good success getting control over my spiders indoors by lightly spraying a clean plastic bristle broom with bug killer and chasing the cobwebs with this just be careful if the cobwebs are dirty you may end up plastering them to the wall dirt and all.
