We usually use this as a main dish, but not always. One of our favorites!
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can barbecue beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 bag taco chips
- 1 cup French dressing
Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef and cook. Break up meat. Pour off drippings, add beans; cook until heated. Place in large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
