Hello !
Because of the purple thorns and the orange berries I am sure it is a Solanum but which one I can't tell. There is a good chance that it is a Solanum Quitoense. You have to make sure which can of Solanum it is as the Solanaceae is a tricky family like the potatoes for example, so good to eat but with all green parts very toxic. Other candidates which you can google are :
. a close parent to Quitoense : Solanum sessiliflorum
. Solanum atropurpureum
. Solanum myraicanthum.
I think you will be able to identify yours from the shapes of the leaves and flower's colour.
