it looks like a swamp mallow (hibiscus)

It cannot be a Rose of Sharon/Althea or the swamp mallow (hibiscus) (these are all in the hibiscus family) as all (that I know of) of these plants have a pistil (center) and this photo does not show a pistil.

I first thought it might be a Mandevilla or an Allamanda but after looking at some of my plant books I believe it is a Monrovia Bower vine or maybe other names in that family.
Look at these photos and judge for yourself. It may take a few seconds for one photo to appear.
