I, too, get an instant migraine if I consume aspertame. I avoid all artificial sweeteners if I know theyre in a product. If I dont know, I can usually tell within seconds. I do hope people arent giving sugar free products to their children.

Ive never tried this myself, but I have a friend that sprays her bathroom walls (with no windows) once a week with Lysol disinfectant spray. It works for her.
