A Shot Glass Full of Ketchup |

When serving ketchup or salad dressing to my little guys, for fish sticks or vegetables, etc., I put it in shot glasses. This cuts down on them smearing it around their plates and insisting that they don't have any more!

Using Less Ketchup or Dip
Do your kids always put too much ketchup or dip on their plate? Use one of those little liquid medicine measuring cups and give them each their own little portion.
