- 1 package long grain wild rice with seasonings
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. each: sliced green onion, slivered almonds
Make rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium sized skillet. Saute mushrooms, onion and almonds 5 minutes. When rice is cooked, stir in vegetable mixture. Serve immediately. Serves 4.

I also add chicken OR beef boullion cubes. Very good!!!
