Where can I find a spare key made out of a credit card that you put in your wallet?

I have been told you can get a copy at AAA or Home Depot, but have not confirmed that info personally, just heard it.

I was told that a person can go to a key maker and get this done. I was thinking on maybe a person would take a old card in have them do it.
