Ceramic tile should hot be stained by oil if it is glazed. If it is not glazed, and the oil has soaked into the tile, I am not sure if you can get out the stain. What sort of oil is it? Motor oil? Cooking oil? I know that kitty litter is used to soak up oil stains on concrete floors in automotive shops.
