Brown Bag Bananas and Store in the Fridge

When buying bananas, buy the green ones. Put them in the fridge in a brown paper bag. Make sure you take them apart one by one. No need to buy green bags, this works much better and adds the shelf life. You will be surprised.

Yes, separate the bananas because they ripen more quickly bunched together.
