Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. dry peach gelatin
  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 8 inch pie shell, baked

Directions:

Combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Cook until clear. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and cool mixture. Place sliced peaches in a baked 8 inch pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over peaches evenly. Chill about 4 hours. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.

Recipe: Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch

Add to:

  • 1 cup fresh peaches

Directions:

Combine above ingredients and cook in saucepan until clear. Add: 1/4 teaspoon almond extract. Let cool slightly. Line baked pie shell with 3 cups sliced fresh peaches. Pour in filling. Chill 3 hours. Top with whipped topping. Garnish with fresh peach slices.

Recipe: Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Filling:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. white syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. peach Jello-(in powder form)
  • 4-6 peaches

Directions

Mix together crust ingredients in bowl and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F. For filling, mix together all ingredients except peaches and Jello. Cook until clear. Add powdered Jello and cool. Slice 4-6 peaches and place on top of pie. This can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
