Peach of a Pie

This recipe is not only very good, but also very easy to fix.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Advertisement

  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • dash salt
  • 1 baked 9 inch pie crust

Directions:

Crush enough peaches to make 1 cup. Combine crushed peaches, sugar, water, cornstarch and salt. Cook until clear, stirring constantly. Cool. Add remaining sliced peaches and pour into baked 9 inch pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
