Calcium Magnesium Supplements
If you are a nursing mother and are craving chocolate or sugar, try taking a calcium magnesium supplement.
Another tip. If you are having trouble sleeping at night, try taking Calcium Magnesium in the morning and in the evening. It's good for nerves.
The health food store clerks can help you find one.

Really good tips to think about but please, please don't take vitamins and minerals without consulting a doctor first about proper dosage amounts for yourself and especially when you're pregnant or nursing! Health food store clerks are helpful but they are not licensed specialists/physicians. Some vitamins and minerals can be toxic or cause assorted health problems when taken in too high doses including calcium and magnesium. :-(
