Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 (4 oz.) cartons bleu cheese, crumbled
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 quart mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley (or 1 Tbsp. dried)
• 1 medium onion, minced
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
• 1 cup wine vinegar

Directions:

Mix all together and refrigerate.
