Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal or crackers
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix together hamburger, onion, egg, and milk. Add remaining ingredients; make into balls. Roll in flour and brown. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with flour. Pour 2 cups tomato juice over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree F oven.
