Scoop Ice Cream Ahead of Time |

Ice cream is the perfect dessert for a barbecue, and easy to serve if you scoop it ahead of time and put the scoops in cupcake liners, then freeze. Pop a scoop of ice cream, or 2 into a bowl and add some sliced strawberries or peaches!
