Beef Spanish Rice
- 1 cup regular rice
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans tomato sauce (reg. size)
- dash pepper
Cook rice and set aside until needed. Heat margarine in skillet. Add ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add small amount of water, if necessary.

Very tasty! Kind of like stuffed peppers that are unstuffed!
