Crisp and Creamy Baked Chicken


  • 4 small skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 pouch of Shake-n-Bake
  • 2/3 cup cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 2/3 cups cooked Minute Rice


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat chicken with Shake-n-Bake, place in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes. Beat soup and milk together until well blended. Pour evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve with rice.

Thank you for sharing. This recipe just may get my family to eat more chicken. They usually dont care for it too much.
