Roasted Garlic Potatoes

In shallow baking pan, heat 1 Tbsp. each butter and olive oil in hot oven. Remove pan from oven, stir in 4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut into wedges; and 4 garlic cloves, sliced. Return to 350 degree F oven; continue baking, stirring occasionally, 25-40 minutes, until potatoes are golden and tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
