These are approximate measurements; the recipe can be tweaked to your own taste.  It can also be used as the base to make chip/vegetable dip by adding it to sour cream.
Ingredients:
	-  1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
	-  1/2 cup buttermilk, or 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice, plus milk or soy milk to make 1/2 cup (I've had success using less)
 
	-  1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
 
	-  1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
 
	-  1/4 tsp. salt
 
	-  1/8 tsp. garlic powder or granules
 
	-  1/8 tsp. onion powder
 
	-  pinch dried thyme
 
	-  pinch dried oregano
 
	-  pinch paprika
 
Directions:
	Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover, and shake well.  Refrigerate for several hours before using.
