Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch pie pan. In small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice, set aside. In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients except cool whip. Add banana mixture stir till blended pour into pie plate. Bake 40-45 minutes or till pie comes out golden cool completely about 1 hour. Refrigerate about 2 hours till chilled. Spread with cool whip.
You may top with 1/4 chopped walnuts and I like to drizzle a little warmed caramel topping on mine.
