Ingredients:
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 package of kielbasa
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (About 15 oz.)
- 1 can of white beans (About 15 oz.)
- 1 can of kidney beans (About 15 oz.)
- 1 can of garbanzo beans (About 15 oz.)
- 6 to 8 cups water
- Herbs, Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Take 1 diced onion, 1 cup celery, 4 carrots and 1 clove garlic. Saute till transparent (You can use any veggies you have in refrigerator). Add 1 package sliced kielbasa. Add about 15 oz. cans of: diced tomatoes, white beans, rinsed, kidney beans, rinsed, garbanzo/fava beans, rinsed. You can use any beans and veggies in the cupboard.)
Add water to fill pot, usually 6-8 cups. Adjust with bouillon to taste, I use ham. Add herbs: parsley, oregano, your choice. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with unsliced bread and butter.
