Sour Cream Peach Pie
- 12 peach halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Arrange peach halves in unbaked crust. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add cream. Thoroughly mix and pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then continue baking at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
