A tip I read somewhere before that worked nice for me is using liquid fabric softener to wipe your blinds. It was amazing how it easily wiped off the grime, but it also helps repel future dust from landing on your blinds. Try using an old sock over your hand to wipe the blades, you'll get back & front with one wipe.
