allrecipes.com click on search by ingredients, you can put all those ingredients into the list and it will give you recipes that match that, also lets you add ingredients you Dont want in there. which I find handy for weeding out recipes that regularly contain something I cant or wont eat.

Quick idea. Dice the squash, add to hot cooked rice with some onion and cheese and your seasonings. Top with more cheese, bread crumbs and sliced tomatoes. Cook in oven until the top is done.
Or dice the veggies, add onion corn and whatever else. Chill and serve as a salad dressing. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
